- Total sales fell 6.6% from January. The annually adjusted anchored rate was 6.22 million.
- At the same time, home sales increased 9.1% despite a year-over-year decline.
- Year-over-year housing supply, meanwhile, declined by 29.5%, the lowest and most significant annual record in history.
- Forecasts indicate that the available inventory could be sold in at least two months.
- Meanwhile, sales prices are on the rise, increasing 15.8% year-over-year.
- Sales of homes priced over one million dollars were 81% higher compared to the previous year.
