Joe Biden: Nothing Has Happened on the Border

• (General Dispatch) –  According to statements offered by President Joe Biden, since his arrival to the presidency, “the entry of people at the border has not changed at all, since Trump’s term in office”.

• Through a press conference held from the White House, one of the first since taking office, he assured the journalists who were present “nothing has changed”.

• Therefore, the expression issued by Biden represents a mockery of the nation, the media and citizens who know the critical reality that is lived in the southern border of Texas.

• The President describes the situation as a fact that happens year after year and is part of everyday life.

• The figures revealed by the White House are insignificant, far from those issued by agents who are on the border and are witnesses to the truth.

• Regarding the claims of child cages, border controls and free transit, silence was the imperative. Silence was the imperative.

• Biden’s argumentation undoubtedly reflects how little importance the White House has to remedy the crisis, special interests rule.

• The emergency is still booming, policies are far from finding an optimal solution, and the crisis is worsening in the social context of the United States.
