- Biden was accused of using the eloquence of his speech to lobby for the government spending he seeks to achieve, mocking contexts whose emphasis the American people expected him to deliver.
- Consequently, at no time did the president acknowledge the effectiveness of policies that were implemented by Donald Trump prior to his arrival at the White House that were worthy of recognition despite different political stances.
- Through the social network Twitter multitude of US citizens expressed themselves against Biden, calling his speech boring and a liar for not taking the blame for many incongruous decisions he has made throughout one hundred days.
- Evidently, issues related to the border crisis, and the multitude of unaccompanied migrant children residing in shelters was not a point raised in the speech and a possible solution was not in sight.
- What was controversially repudiated by many was his persistence in supporting his ambitious bills, which in the light of economic specialists do not mean a return for the country.
- Likewise, the concern on the part of the business sector, which was one of the speculations of the audience, was not even mentioned, because the application of the tax is evidently a fact.
- Finally, the speech ended without any major aspects of relevant importance being taken into consideration as a strategic objective for the Biden administration on behalf of the American people.
