Amazon Unwittingly Encourages Employees to Express Racist Comments

• (General Dispatch) – According to a complaint made by an Amazon worker, the company encourages its executive workers to recognize white supremacy.

• Apparently the corporation forces vice presidents to comment on their growth in the company by highlighting the privileges that white people have.

• Through town halls the company incorporates question and answer sections highlighting white privilege.

• The information was issued through an email, which describes in detail the acts of racism that employees must face. 

• On the contrary, Amazon touts a sense of belonging and inclusion for all its members this 2021, a fact that counters the accusations.

• Likewise, the human resources director said, “These goals represent the next step in Amazon’s diversity, equity and inclusion journey, not the final destination.”

• Amazon assures that this year it will incorporate a considerable number of employees of African descent into the plant to be part of the company’s achievements and grow professionally. 

• The technology giant seeks to strengthen tolerance within corporate guidelines, so systemic racism is totally excluded from its purposes.
