- “Not today!” was the answer the vice president expressed just before laughing at the reporter who asked the question. Scoffing in the face of an acute crisis in which the country is beginning to submerge.
- As a result, record numbers continue to rise in the influx of illegal aliens into the country, causing the nation’s first crisis less than three months into her term.
- Harris also reported that in the coming days, Biden will send officials to Mexico and Central America to address immigration issues.
- At the same time, his ironic laughter has generated a series of criticisms from both Democrats and Republicans. Such an indifferent stance to the reality of life on the border.
- Similarly, Arizona Democratic Senator Kyrsten Sinema and Texas Republican Senator John Cornyn asked the Biden administration to find a solution to this problem that affects them even more because they are in border territory.
- It is worth noting that even senators sympathetic to the current administration are beginning to question the White House’s decisions regarding the immigration crisis on the southern border of the country.
- Accordingly, Colorado Republican Representative Lauren Boebert “tweeted on Monday that the border is a “humanitarian crisis” while criticizing Biden’s apparent inaction”. No doubt a crisis brought on by her lack of interest in the issue.
