- (General Dispatch) – After directing all efforts to immunize the adult population, which is much more prone to the coronavirus, the vaccine is targeted to the infant population as a measure to eradicate the virus.
- In recent events, Pfizer vaccinated 9-year-old twins, who did not show any reaction after receiving the vaccine. It should be noted that they were closely followed up.
- In an effort to provide safe and reliable immunization, researchers in the U.S. and other countries are evaluating each of the clinical guidelines to ensure that children begin receiving the vaccine.
- In the meantime, advances in adolescent immunization are showing satisfactory results, according to each of the tests carried out.
- It should be noted that both immunizations are not the same; totally different combinations are being developed according to the organisms. This is one of the aspects on which special emphasis has been placed.
- Pfizer will publish in the next few days a more detailed report on the results and effectiveness of each of the vaccines.
- The related processes for the vaccines are also being carried out by Astrazeneca, in its interest to meet the demand in the UK. However, no relevant information has been projected.
- Children cannot be left out of the immunization process, said Dr. Emmanuel “Chip” Walter, a vaccine and pediatric specialist at Duke. Therefore, all mechanisms are being conducted to achieve this goal.
