  • (General Dispatch) –   Health authorities in Lebanon announced that travelers entering the country who have already been vaccinated will not be required to present proof of the rapid test to determine if they are carriers of the Chinese coronavirus.
  • The information was provided by the Minister of Health, Hamad Hasan, through a press release.
  • The measures have been taken as a defense mechanism to avoid the spread of covid-19, which has caused considerable human losses in that nation.
  • He also pointed out that travelers have been informed by various means, so that the policy does not take them by surprise, this is one of the indispensable requirements if the person has not received the vaccine.
  • According to the World Health Organization, the measures taken by Lebanon are in complete violation of the international ruling. But the Lebanese government is autonomous and has demonstrated it.
  • Incidentally, citizens expressed dissatisfaction with the measures because not all countries have vaccine distribution, and this is a fact that completely limits people’s mobility.
