WHO Will Not Release Interim Report on COVID – 19

  • By John Delorian
  • (General Dispatch) – After the World Health Organization’s task force initially announced that a preliminary report would be presented, the captain of the investigation stated that a full report containing new evidence will be published in the coming weeks.
  • The extension was announced by the WHO in the midst of a scenario where the scientific community questions the legitimacy of the information that the working team is carrying out in Wuhan.
  •  This Thursday a group of scientists through an open letter stated that they did not have the “mandate, the independence, or the necessary accesses” to fully investigate all potential origins of COVID-19″.
  • It should be noted that the unfolding events may contribute to the theory that the virus accidentally spread from the virology laboratory in Wuhan City.
  • For their part, the scientists called for a completely objective re-investigation, free of any special interests of nations.
  • The State Department was highly criticized after President Joe Biden announced that he would review the WHO report and generate his own conclusions.
  • Scientists point out that after so many deaths and infections around the world, an investigation that does not reveal the origin of the pandemic cannot be allowed, because the risk of contagion is increasingly latent.
  • The likelihood that a thorough investigation can be carried out is decreasing, because the movements to be executed must be approved by the Chinese government. This represents a major constraint for researchers.
