Trump Would Consider Keeping Pence as Vice -President in Possible 2024 Election Bid

  • By Wayne Rodrigo
  • (General Dispatch) – Jason Miller, Donald Trump’s advisor, assured that the former president would be thinking of keeping Mike Pence in a future presidential formula for 2024.
  • After Bloomberg News assured that the former president would not consider Pence for future elections, Miller said in a podcast that it was the opposite and if the scenario occurs they would join forces.
  • “I can tell you, as someone who probably speaks with him on the political side as much, if not more than anybody else, never once has there been a conversation internally or in a group about doing something different for the VP position for 2024 if he decides to go that route,” Miller said.
  • “President Trump and Vice President Pence have had a couple of really good conversations since President Trump left office.” Miller Finished
  • Although Pence has not made any major public appearances recently, it is believed that within the Republican Party they are still betting that Trump – Pence will be the winning duo for a future presidential election.
  • A large part of the former president’s followers do not seem to be happy with the possibility of this happening since they claim to see in Pence a disloyal person, after he did not express his support for Trump during the events at the Capitol.
  • Donald Trump has not expressed a real position on the possibility of being a presidential candidate or aspiring to a political office in the near future.
  • So far all are speculations, the term of the current president has just begun but the shadow of Trump in this first month of bad decisions seems to be lurking.
