  • By John Deloria
  • (General Dispatch) – Chinese media reported that Chinese exports increased by 32.2% in the first two months of this year.
  • China’s largest potential trading partner is undoubtedly the Association of Southeast Asian Nations. Indicating a growth of 32.9% these past two months.
  • Meanwhile, trade with the European Union increased by 39.8%. But, the biggest increase in trade was produced by Chinese exports to the United States with a total of 69.6%.
  • Customs agents assured that the increase in exports was due to the constant demand for Chinese production requested by the United States.
  • In fact, specialists in international treaties consider that the agreed economic stimulus policies have strengthened trade relations.
  • Statistics from previous years showed a growth of only 20%, years in which the pandemic did not exist.
  • In the meantime, Chinese companies are looking for raw material supplies to ensure their operations in the coming days, in view of the growing demand from the United States and the European Union.
  • Some economists warn that the increase in imports is not a factor that will contribute to the U.S. economy; on the contrary, the nation’s productive apparatus should be encouraged.
