Democratic “DACA” Bill Endorsed by Nine Republican Senators

• (General Dispatch) – Amnesty bill introduced by the Democrats is supported by nine Republican votes; the bill will grant compensatory benefits to American workers.

• The “Dreams and Promises Act” is the name of the bill, its objective is to grant amnesty to thousands of migrant citizens who entered the country as children, providing them with green cards and temporary protected status. 

• In this way, the legislation is expected to constitute a political roadblock in Texas and other states, directing Republicans to hold the line in the long run. 

•  In effect, the intent of the legislation is to give a vote of confidence to the many people who have been working in the country for years and who deserve better opportunities than they have had so far.

• However, over the years, pollsters have found that U.S. citizens say that legal migration is a form of support for the country’s professional graduates.

• Unlike recent immigration policies, this project protects people who help build the country from an early age.

• U.S. businessmen and businesswomen say that migrants represent a significant contribution to the labor force and to the nation’s economy.

• The debate will take place in the next few days; the expectations of migrants are growing because of their desire to be considered part of the United States.
