- By Steph. G. Halston.
- (General Dispatch) – This Friday, Governor Ron DeSantis informed that the State of Florida has lowered the age for people to receive the vaccine to 50 years old.
- Starting this Monday, Florida citizens will begin receiving the immunization, DeSantis informed.
- Thus, the distribution of the vaccine in the 60 to 64 age ranges were successfully vaccinated. The same is expected to occur this week.
- In retrospect, the immunization process has managed to meet the demand for vaccines that has been reached so far with total normality.
- Subsequently, the governor commented that this May 1st the vaccine for all ages will be available in the city.
- It is important to mention that each citizen will have the option to choose whether to be immunized or not. Under no circumstances is the process mandatory.
- Probably the age range for this vaccination will be people between 16 and 18 years of age and older.
- Health authorities are already prepared to start the new cycle of immunizations with which they aspire to defeat the coronavirus.
