Johnny Depp Will not be Able to Appeal Before the British Court

- (General Dispatch) – A French media (AFP) reported that the famous actor Johnny Depp will not be able to appeal to the British court after he had been accused of beating his ex-wife.
- The high court concluded that the acts of violence carried out by the actor have enough evidence to not allow an appeal, the judge said that the sentence is fair and there is no margin of error in the case.
- However, the judge had ruled in November last year against Johnny Depp and forced the publishers of News Group Newspapers (NGN) to pay $873,000 to cover legal costs.
- The 34-year-old actress Amber Heard reported that the actor during the time they were married physically and psychologically assaulted her, making jokes that became heavier as time went by.
- The Sun Newspaper reported that it is satisfied with the judge’s decision “The case had a full, fair and proper hearing, and today’s decision vindicates the courageous evidence Amber Heard gave the court about domestic abuse, despite repeated attempts to undermine and silence it by the perpetrator.”
- On the other hand it was said that the actor had problems with alcohol and drugs, the NGN was right to publicize the 14 crimes the actor had committed against his ex-wife.
- The actor was subjected to several days of interrogation, where he stated that he does not remember different facts because he was under the influence of drugs, yet he was determined to deny the accusations against him by Amberd Heard.
- For now Deep must comply with the judge’s sentence, since the evidence affirmed what his ex-wife had been accusing since the divorce.
