- (General Dispatch) – Pfizer claims that the covid-19 vaccine is effective for up to six months after immunization.
- Pfizer and its business partner BioNTech in Germany released Thursday the results of an ongoing study of more than 44,000 volunteers.
- The study showed a 91% effectiveness against coronavirus symptoms and a high rate of protection for organisms already affected by the disease.
- It should be noted that during the development phase and clinical trials, people infected with covid-19 received the vaccine and showed a notable improvement.
- Everything indicates that the vaccine has high quality standards because, in the face of a variant of the virus from Africa, it was observed that the patient overcame the clinical condition in which he/she found himself/herself.
- Since last year, the company has had the approval of the United States and the United Kingdom for its distribution.
