Michigan Nursing Home Deaths Investigated

  • By John Deloria
  • (General Dispatch) – Prosecutor, Peter Lucido of Macomb County, Michigan reported that he has received a large amount of mail and information about possible evidence that could be helpful to the investigation of the nursing home deaths.
  • Lucido asked citizens if they have any crucial information involving Governor Gretchen Whitmer about her alleged link to the COVID 19 nursing home deaths.
  • Apparently Governor Gretchen Whitmer allegedly gave the order to move patients who had tested positive for COVID 19 to nursing homes and thus further endangering older adults.
  • According to Lucido he has received a large number of calls where family members have asked the prosecutor that the nursing home deaths be investigated.
  • The Detroit News reported that “The new prosecutor also said two formal complaints were filed with police this week, one in Shelby Township and one in Warren; the Warren complaint concerns the April 2020 death of a woman who had been transferred from a nursing home to a hospital.”
  • Lucido made an announcement for all those people who were asking for his help and warned “If they find that there has been willful neglect in the charge, if we find that there has been reckless endangerment of a person’s life in bringing them in, and then we would go forward with charges against the governor. Of course we would,” he told WXYZ television.
  • The prosecutor hopes to make progress in this investigation, but first he must seek approval from the feds and the Michigan Attorney General.
