- However, companies will be able to hire foreigners with H-2B visas residing in the U.S. without any inconvenience.
- According to data revealed by statistics, 9.7 million Americans are unemployed, 13% of them are teenagers who want a job.
- Meanwhile, 9.6% are African Americans of African descent, 7.9% are Hispanic, while 6% are Asian Americans, and 5.4% are also white Americans.
- In contrast, FAIR President Dan Stein assures that the measure is inflating the country’s labor supply, while millions of people struggle to find a job.
- Undoubtedly, this is one of the policies that distort the country’s labor force, prioritizing foreigners and displacing Americans, which is more attractive for companies to hire cheap labor.
