- Pence said, “Until politicians on the left recognize the true nature of the border crisis and its roots in far-left policies, the crisis will only get worse,”
- The economy of American families are being compromised by having to give up income because foreigners are taking jobs, overcrowding, reduced school space, among other effects caused by the immigration crisis.
- In response to Pence’s remarks, the policy director of the Center for Immigration Studies, Jessica Vaughan, said that the former vice president’s comments are exaggerated and are not part of reality.
- For their part, immigration policy experts commented that one of the most secure borders was received by Joe Biden and has become in just three months the strongest immigration crisis in the United States.
- In retrospect, former President Donald Trump worked hard to ensure that immigration policies did not pose a risk to the nation and today the crisis is a clear fact.
- The influence of bringing legal aliens into the labor supply as illegal aliens means the destruction of jobs for American citizens.
- However, the Biden administration’s policies do just the opposite; they strengthen the foreign labor force, while hitting the American economy by not generating revenue because the job openings are filled.
