- (General Dispatch) – Florida students were shocked to learn that President Biden is using holding cells for migrant children, commonly known as “cages.”
- Although in the past former President Donald Trump’s decision to rule family separation was publicized as an act of evil, this is truly shocking, reported one of the students interviewed.
- First of all, if the decision in itself was difficult enough for the immigrant family, this is unparalleled, noted another interviewee. Recognizing that the current policies are much more forceful and inhumane.
- Through photographs and some filmed videos, the students were able to observe the crude reality that is lived at the nation’s borders, with infants who do not yet have the capacity to understand many things.
- Also in the statements, the students expressed their mixed feelings to know that situations like these are occurring daily in their borders. Cataloging them as inhumane.
- But, “after discovering that it was actually President Biden, not President Trump, who recently opened the detention cells shown in the photos, the students shared their concerns about the current president.”
- On the other hand, all the events that have taken place at the border so far keep being propagated in different media, without any action being taken.
- Undoubtedly, the crisis is deepening and the situation is getting out of the hands of the White House.
