- (General Dispatch) – Eric Zemmour said that before the enemy was the bourgeois class, now we have to be more cautious, as a new class can be more dangerous and pointed it out by “left-wing Islamists”.
- Zemmour has stated that the left-wing party’s association with the Islamic community can be a conflict for the nation, as their ideology is based on 21st century communism.
- “Islamo-leftism is the conviction that Muslims, the Muslim proletariat, will replace the traditional, French, working-class proletariat of yesteryear and that it will be the new revolutionary base,” Zemmour said
- Zemmour has said that former candidate Jean-Luc Mélenchon is trying to reach an agreement, implementing measures that favor the Muslim community, and thus benefit in subsequent elections.
- Currently France has had conflicts with people who profess Islam, which is worrying as there are several radical groups that have committed a wave of crimes when their religion is often criticized.
- The best example has been a relevant crime, the death of professor Samuel Paty, who was murdered by a radical Islamist after he showed his students carticatures referring to Mohammed.
- Zemmour has warned that the leftist candidate wants to focus on the proletariat, which until now has been the most vulnerable population, but feels that the strategy he is applying by including Muslim workers could be negative.
- The term Islamo-leftism has gained prominence and polls have been conducted to determine the influence, apart from his Marxist ideology where 69% of the French are concerned.
