White House does not respond on whether migrants crossing the border must take coronavirus test

  • (General Dispatch) – This Thursday in the speech to the media at the White House, the news portal Breitbart asked about what policies will be handled at the border with immigrants due to the coronavirus issue.
  • To which White House press secretary Jen Psaki responded I would send you to them (The Department of Homeland Security)  to give more outlines of the numbers and the specifics of what actions are taken at the border, and I am sure they are happy to answer your questions
  • Breitbart, in its committed journalistic search, turned to the Department of Homeland Security, where it also failed to get a response from those responsible.
  • Recall that one of Biden’s points of attack on the Trump administration was the mishandling of the pandemic, but so far the decisions made by the current president have been more than questionable.
  • Senator Tom Cotton wrote a letter expressing his concern about the border measures being taken regarding the coronavirus. This letter was signed by eleven other senators.
  • The letter said Your administration is enforcing pandemic-related restrictions on air travel into the United States, and is reportedly even considering requiring testing for American citizens before boarding domestic flights. Yet at our southern border you are giving illegal aliens a free pass to enter the United States without testing.”
  • “To date, Mexico is estimated to have vaccinated less than one percent of its population and Northern Triangle nations have vaccinated virtually none of their citizens. The vast majority of illegal aliens come from these four, mostly-unvaccinated nations. COVID-19 [Chinese coronavirus] is a highly contagious virus and a small percentage of infected migrants could unintentionally cause widespread harm. The arrival of hundreds of thousands of unvaccinated and illegally-present individuals is an unnecessary danger to our public health.”
  • For now, the Biden administration assures that migrants will only be removed from the country if it is extremely necessary, so it is expected that entry and immigration policies will continue to be soften over time.
