Arkansas Seeks to Enact Law Protecting Women From Transgender Sports Issues

  • (General Dispatch) – Arkansas is the latest state to begin enacting a law protecting female athletes in collegiate competition against biological males who self-identify as female.
  • Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge proposed legislation earlier this week proposed the legislation earlier this week, thereby ensuring that the state’s women are protected from Biden irresponsibility.   
  • “I want to send a strong message to President Biden and his administration that here in Arkansas, we intend to require schools to prohibit biological boys who self-identify as girls onto girls’ sports teams,” The general said
  • “It will create equal and fair competition by limiting girls’ and women’s sports to girls and women, as evidenced by an original birth certificate, we don’t want common sense to be shadowed by so-called political correctness.” Rutledge finished
  • The proposal has been well received among the population and authorities. Among them are Senator Missy Irvin and Rep. DeAnn Vaught who did not miss the opportunity to assure about the dangers of pitting a biological man against a woman in a physical dispute.
  • “Let me just tell you about the difference between a male and a female, we all know there are differences. There are biological and scientific differences and the message is really, really clear. The message is for girls, ‘you deserve equal opportunities, except in sports.’ That’s not acceptable.” Irving said
  • The state is seeking to promote more similar laws with the same central purpose, which is none other than to protect women.
  • Biden promoted on January 18 a law that proposes gender equality and non-discrimination, including biological men who identify as women to join female-identified spaces.
