- Jen Psaki, White House press secretary, evaded some of the questions asked by reporters on Tuesday, stating that she was unaware of the latest reports presented in previous days.
- The emphasis of the news was focused on the entry of 3,200 unaccompanied minors at the border. In addition, he did not know if the current administration has taken action on the matter.
- As a measure to calm the alarming comments about the news that was released days ago, it was indicated that the minors will receive economic aid, as well as medical assistance and security.
- Apparently, last Saturday, a team of officials was sent to the border on an anonymous mission to reduce the pressure exerted by journalists seeking to shed some light on the situation.
- In an attempt to respond to the problem, the White House requested a meeting with Ambassador Roberta Jacobson to discuss the border issues.
- So far, no further statements have been offered, and reporters are still waiting for representatives of the Biden administration to confirm the real facts that are happening at the border, and that represent a risk to Americans.
- Meanwhile, discussions between the White House and the Biden Administration continue, without reaching any agreements, and generating more speculation among reporters and American citizens.
