- (General Dispatch) – The publisher of Cuomo’s book chose to halt his work and not to continue promoting Governor Cuomo’s book after he was accused of hiding figures on nursing home deaths.
- The media has reported that Cuomo’s book is going to be a total failure. Many people have said, how do you intend to create a book that talks about “American Crisis: Leadership Lessons from the Covid-19 Pandemic” when the governor goes against ethics and leadership itself by being dishonest.
- According to the New York Times said “sales of the book, had already slowed dramatically when the governor became embroiled in overlapping crises of his own creation, including a drumbeat of accusations about his inappropriate behavior toward younger women and his aides’ manipulation of nursing home data.”
- Aside from covering up figures on nursing home deaths, the governor has been denounced by his secretary Charlotte Bennett for engaging in inappropriate sexual acts against her.
- Cuomo has generated controversy in the media for the acts he has done in conjunction with his task force by concealing the true numbers of dead and creating a false report, showing that there were only 6432 deaths.
- “The real number of 9,250 nursing home deaths in June was much higher than the reported 6,432 nursing home deaths, more than a 40 percent increase,” Breitbart News said.
- Cuomo had told the media that he took that attitude out of fear that the former Trump administration would raise an investigation against him to start a political feud.
- Republicans have called on him to resign from office, including a group of journalists who said, “We don’t see how he can govern effectively when fewer and fewer people believe him. And I think more information is going to come out that will make it more and more difficult.”
