- (General Dispatch) – A large number of illegal convicts are being released in the U.S. following measures imposed by the Biden administration that impose the famous “sanctuary country” that prevents convicts from being caught or deported after their release.
- The Biden administration issued an order to Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents should prioritize the arrest of those who have recently committed crimes.
- One example is that if an immigrant has a record in his or her home country of child rape, child pornography or murder, he or she will not be considered unless the crime has been convicted in the United States.
- Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody issued a complaint to President Biden that these offenders are being released without any problems in U.S. communities. ICE agents cannot take any action because of the order made by President Biden.
- Moody named some of the released convicts who have records of scams, theft, drug trafficking, fraud among other crimes. This kind of move has made the situation in the nation even worse and Biden has not spoken out on the situation.
- “The Biden administration’s reckless policy of refusing to do its job and deport criminals puts all of those gains and the public safety of Floridians at risk,” said moody.
- Breitbart news reported that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) reached a record low of less than 14,000 apprehensions, dropping 54% as they have been limited in their ability to do their job.
- The Biden administration is being sued by prosecutors Mark Brnovich and Austin Knudsen for undermining the safety of border security personnel and citizens by exposing them to dangerous individuals.
