- The controversial information was made public by the Times Union, when again one of Cuomo’s employees stated that she was touched in a lewd manner by the governor last November.
- In retrospect, another of the accusations against the governor is framed as questions of a personal nature that the governor allegedly asked the ladies.
- On the contrary, Andrew Cuomo totally denies having acted in a persuasive and inappropriate manner with the ladies, claiming his innocence. Highlighting, that he was only showing affection as co-workers.
- Consequently, the governor of New York after reading the report issued a statement saying that he was truly offended by the heartbreaking allegations made by the ladies.
- Throughout the report, the statements of the affected women are described one by one, explaining in detail what happened.
- At the same time, the victims remain steadfast in their position that they were sexually harassed and look forward to unbiased litigation in court.
- Ultimately, Cuomo will have to wait for the judge to evaluate the procedures involved in the case to make a decision that will be known in the coming days.
