Marjorie Taylor Greene Calls for Expulsion of Rep. Maxine Waters from Congress

  • By William Silgueiro
  • (General Dispatch) – Marjorie Taylor Greene announced Sunday that she will introduce a resolution before the House of Representatives against Maxine Waters for incitement to “Black Lives Matter violence”.
  • The purpose of the request for the expulsion of Representative Waters before the House of Representatives is prompted by Maxine’s statements on Saturday night inciting protesters to carry out acts of violence in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota.
  • According to information provided by Breitbart News, Waters stated before the press that if Derek Chauvin was found not guilty for the murder of George Floyd, American citizens have the right to take to the streets.
  • It should be noted that a few minutes later the demonstrations became much more intense, causing two Minnesota National Guard officers to be injured.
  • Representative Marjorie Taylor announced in a press release that she would request Waters’ expulsion from Congress for her continued persuasion to carry out acts of violence.
  • Taylor also emphasized that U.S. congressmen cannot and should not encourage acts of this nature.
  • In the meantime, the Senate is aware that each of the congressmen’s procedural mechanisms are outside the law. Therefore, it would not be the first time that such a request could proceed in Congress.
  • Finally, during the next few days, the Senate will be able to announce the request presented by Taylor and the course it will take in view of the constant violations generated by Maxine Waters.
