Climate Change to cause more deaths than Covid-19 (Is the crazy Leftist claim)

• (General Dispatch) – Canadian climate activist Mark Carney claimed that climate deaths or deaths caused by natural disasters such as drought, flood, landslides, volcanic eruption, earthquakes, tsunamis, extreme weather, extreme temperature, wildfires and dry mass movements will be worse than coronavirus pandemic.
• Carney, who is a former governor of the Bank of England, equated climate change to Covid-19, and that sooner, damage to environment will yield more mortality compared to the effect of pandemic.
• In addition, he affirmed that this issue requires immediate action though there is no evidence to support his contention.
• Meanwhile, Indur Goklany, a science and technology policy analyst for the United States Department of the Interior, who led to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, demonstrated in a recent report that climate change is beneficial to mankind.
• In fact, Goklany claimed that global warming is positive for agriculture because it may increase plant water use efficiency and lengthen the agricultural growing season.
• Likewise, Paul Homewood, a former accountant who blogs about climate change at Not a Lot of People Know That, explained that the number of people dying as a result of natural disasters is a tiny fraction of what it used to be, and there is no evidence that this trend will reverse.
• As a matter of fact, according to Our World in Data, the number of global deaths from 1978 to 2018 decreased.
• However, the  International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent societies (IFRC) reported that the number of climate and weather-related disasters has been steadily climbing since the 1960s, and has risen by nearly 35 percent since the 1990s.
• Natural disasters have killed more than 410,000 people over the past decade, especially in poorer countries.
• Since the actual rise in temperature was far worse in the 1930s than today, it is a wonder how these predictions are even made. Total propaganda is the answer.
